Ticket Policy
Ticketing terms below reflect Premier Tickets' published policies. Age guidance and the photography rule for this performance are set by the promoter and will be confirmed here before tickets go on sale.
Every ticket for Sunil Grover Live — In Hong Kong is sold by Premier Tickets, the official ticketing partner, and is governed by their terms of sale. The key points are summarised below in plain language; the full documents are linked at the foot of this page.
Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled once placed. A refund is only possible where the event organiser authorises it — Premier Tickets cannot refund a ticket on its own initiative, including if an event is rescheduled or cancelled. Where a refund is authorised, Premier Tickets processes it within 30 days of receiving those instructions. Any refund request or dispute is settled between the ticket holder and the organiser.
Transfers and resale
Tickets are personal to the person who bought them. Collection is by the purchaser, who must present the payment card used for the booking, so tickets cannot simply be passed to someone else. If your plans change, contact the organiser before buying or reselling anything — tickets obtained from unofficial sources cannot be guaranteed for entry.
Getting in on the night
You will receive an e-ticket by email as soon as your payment is authorised. Bring the printed confirmation together with the payment card used to buy it; venue staff check both against their records. Where a discounted or special price applies, bring suitable identification proving you qualify.
Booking fees
A booking fee or credit card surcharge may apply and varies by event. Any such fee is shown by Premier Tickets during checkout, before you pay.
Changes to the event
The organiser may change ticket prices, performance times, door times, seating layout or venue capacity without prior notice. Anything that affects ticket holders will be published on this site and communicated by Premier Tickets.
Admission and conduct
Admission is at the discretion of the organiser and the venue. On entry you may be asked to consent to a search of your person, clothing and bags. Weapons, illegal substances, glass bottles, outside alcohol and goods brought in for sale are not permitted. Latecomers may be held until a suitable break in the performance. Anyone behaving in a way that disrupts the show or breaks the law may be asked to leave.
Age guidance
Age restrictions are shown alongside the event listing at the point of sale. The specific guidance for this performance will be confirmed by the promoter and published here.
Photography and recording
Cameras and recording equipment may be restricted at the organiser's or venue's discretion. The rule for this performance will be confirmed and published here before the show.
Ticketing support
